We aim to send order's out in 2-5 days

UK orders are sent second class which typically takes 2-5 working days. Overseas orders take 1-2 weeks however they can take up to 4 weeks.

Sorry no. Any extra taxes/customs charges will need to be paid before the item is delivered. Your local sorting office will contact you directly

If you item hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (UK) and 4 weeks (international) please contact us by email. We normally send replacements (if in the UK) but overseas buyers could receive a refund depending on how long it's been sent the item has been sent (minus postage costs)

Nope! All our subs are pay-as-you-go so just sign up for the boxes you like the look of

Yes we do! We ship to most EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - if your country is no listed please email us and we will see what we can do!

Stitchy points are a loyalty scheme. Every time you purchase something we will add the value in points to your account. You can then redeem that value against future orders. 100 stitchy points = £1

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Second class

• 1 item - £2.20
• 2 - 5 items - £4.50 (signed for)
• 6 - 10 items - £5.50 (tracked)

International orders

• 1 item - £5.99 (untracked standard)
• 2-5 items - £15 tracked
• 6-10 items £20 tracked (EU) £30 everywhere else

Postage is calculated on weight & yes we know postage overseas is expensive but unfortunately we can't do anything about it. soz.
